Delivery is free for orders above 250 AED. For orders below 250 AED, a delivery charge of 20 AED applies.

Lusso Collezioni offers delivery services both within the
UAE and internationally.

UAE Delivery:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time:
  
  • Delivered within 2 business days to Dubai & Sharjah.
  • Delivered within 3 business days to other Emirates.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM UAE time:
  
  • Delivered within 3 business days to Dubai & Sharjah.
  • Delivered within 4 business days to other Emirates.

International Delivery:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time will be dispatched to the international courier service within 1 business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM UAE time will be dispatched within 2 business days.

• Customers may return or exchange Products within 7 days of receipt, provided that the items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• The following Products are non-returnable:
  
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as final sale.
• Exchanges for a different size, color, or style can be made within 7 days of receipt, subject to availability.
• Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 10 working days and processed back to the original method of payment.

  delivery:

  Purchases made with international delivery are not eligible
  for returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions,
  dimensions, and all other relevant details before placing an order to ensure
  your satisfaction. 

Customized, personalized items, jewelry (for hygiene reasons), and final sale items are non-returnable.
