• After the order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. If any Product is unavailable, Lusso Collezioni reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

• Lusso Collezioni may cancel orders if there are inaccuracies in pricing or Product descriptions, and you will be notified promptly if such errors occur.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices on the Website are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include any applicable VAT or sales taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
• Lusso Collezioni accepts payments via major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on the Website. Payment will be processed upon confirmation of the order.
• In the event that payment cannot be processed (e.g., declined credit card), the order will be canceled.

5. Delivery Information

Lusso Collezioni offers delivery services both within the UAE and internationally.

UAE Delivery:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time:
  
  • Delivered within 2 business days to Dubai & Sharjah.
  • Delivered within 3 business days to other Emirates.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM UAE time:
  
  • Delivered within 3 business days to Dubai & Sharjah.
  • Delivered within 4 business days to other Emirates.

International Delivery:

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time will be dispatched to the international courier service within 1 business day.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM UAE time will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Delivery Charges & Policy

• A delivery charge of 20 AED applies to orders below 250 AED.
• Orders above 250 AED qualify for free delivery.

While we strive to meet the stated delivery timelines, please note that delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as holidays or adverse weather conditions.

Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where products are received damaged or defective.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Customers may return or exchange Products within 7 days of receipt, provided that the items are unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
• The following Products are non-returnable:

  • Jewellery (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items marked as final sale.
• Exchanges for a different size, color, or style can be made within 7 days of receipt, subject to availability.
• Refunds for eligible returns will be issued within 10 working days and processed back to the original method of payment.International delivery:Purchases made with international delivery are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage reviewing product descriptions, dimensions, and all other relevant details before placing an order to ensure your satisfaction.

7. Return Process

• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Lusso Collezioni’s customer service at info@lussocollezioni.com or +971 56 548 8705 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Lusso Collezioni (e.g., wrong item shipped).
• Returned Products must be received in their original condition. Lusso Collezioni reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if items show signs of wear or damage.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, images, text, logos, and trademarks displayed on the Website are the exclusive property of Lusso Collezioni and are protected under intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Import Taxes, VAT, and Additional Expenses

For deliveries within the UAE, only value-added tax (VAT) will be applied as per local regulations. For international deliveries, any additional charges such as import taxes, customs duties, or other related expenses will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. These charges are determined by the destination country’s regulations and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend consulting with your local customs office to understand the applicable fees before completing your purchase.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai, UAE.
